 Hi all, just connected my G53 up to the TV via HDMI I get a great picture but no sound There is no problem with the HDMI cable or TV as my wifes laptop plays video to the TV with the same HDMI cable with no problem My laptop has played video back in the past with no problem My G53 has been back to ASUS here in Melb for repairs twice earlier this year and II have a Dell580 inspiron with windows 7 and I connected it to my RCA LCD HDTV with a new HDMI cable from the HDMI port in the pc to HDMI port on the tv but the sound only comes through the computers outside speakers BTW the picture is fine on the tv Can someone let me know if there is a solution to this issue I recently purchased a new PC with DVI out I have 47" Vizio LCD I purchased a cable that is DVI to HDMI I know DVI does not have sound, but thats ok the HDMI input to the TV has a rca audio input So i bought a 35mm audio out to RCA cable for my computer so i can plug a rca audio cable directly to the tv from my PC, but the...
